Translate Central utilizes the Trados memory software which allows us to leverage all past work with future projects. Trados allows us to "never translate the same phrase twice". It is not a machine translation tool. Translation tools will not replace human translations in our lifetime due to the complexity of language. The current machine translation software available is poor at best.
